What is the minimum order quantity for MOQ? Can we mix batches?
500-1000 electric tools, 1000-5000 manual gardening tools, and 2000 meters of irrigation water pipes; Sample orders and new customers can lower MOQ, supporting multiple mixed shipments in the same cabinet.
How long is the delivery time? Will the peak season be delayed?
Regular orders: Deposit to be credited within 20-28 days; Customized logo, 35-50 day mold opening delay.
Is the quotation FOB/CIF/DDP? Can we lock in the price for a long time?
Default FOB Ningbo/Shanghai; Can be used for both CIF and DDP tax clearance; Raw materials and exchange rates fluctuate greatly, with a regular quotation validity period of 7-15 days. Long term large orders can be locked in a tiered manner.
Can I do OEM/ODM OEM? Is there a fee for logo customization?
Support customer OEM and color box customization; Regular screen printing logos are free, but a small plate making fee is charged for mold making and color box redesign.
Can a third-party quality inspection report be provided?
We can provide material, safety, and environmental testing reports from SGS, T Ü V, and other institutions
What is the difference between air freight and sea freight for electric tools?
Air freight: fast delivery time, strict battery audit, high shipping cost, suitable for samples, small batch urgent orders; Sea freight: Low cost, preferred for large quantities, with complete lithium battery information for normal shipment. During peak seasons, pay attention to container bursting and unloading.
